The thesis is an order of operations: values first, people second, land last. You describe what your tribe is about, recruit deliberately, and vet who joins. Ìpàdé is the platform layer around the PolyCard compatibility game — the game gives you a signal; you and your people make the call.

1 · Say what you stand for
A tribe leads with a values statement. That is what people discover and match on — not a feed, not a follower count.
2 · Recruit and vet
People request to join. PolyCard can return a compatibility band as guidance. It is advisory only — a human always decides admission.
3 · Meet, then build
Post events, gather in person, and grow trust. Land and shared projects come last, once the people are right.
Ìpàdé sits in the Àárọ̀ (Builders Club) layer of Agboolé Village. Every tribe self-moderates its own space; the platform enforces a safety floor — hate speech, illegal content, safety threats, and scams are never in scope for any tribe.
