Join the Stack OS DAO
The DAO has five tiers. Getting in is an application, an identity check, an optional PolyCard tournament that returns an advisory fit signal, and then a decision a person makes. The tournament never admits or rejects anyone on its own.
Co-op ownership is something the collective is designed toward over time — it is not a promise made at signup, and nothing here shares profits.

Founder
InfoNot an applied-to tier.
The Founder tier is the founder. There is no application to fill in — it is listed here so the whole structure is legible.
Investors
GatedDesigned, and gated for now.
Investor onboarding is designed but gated pending securities counsel review. While it is gated, there is no application to submit and we do not collect investment amounts or accreditation details.
Contributors
People who want to build alongside the collective.
Contributors bring skills and time — dev, design, community, and more. The application asks what you want to contribute and what you stand for, followed by identity verification and (optionally) a PolyCard tournament that returns an advisory fit signal. A human always makes the final call. Co-op ownership is something the collective is designed toward over time, not a promise made at signup.
Members
The broad base of the community.
Members join with a light-touch application — a short note about why you're interested, no contribution commitment implied. The PolyCard tournament is offered as a way to find your people, never as a test you must pass to be a Member. A human reviews before admission.
Public Trust Fund
InfoA redistribution pool, not a membership.
The Public Trust Fund is a passive redistribution pool within the DAO's design, not something an individual joins directly. It is listed here for transparency about how the tiers fit together.
A human always decides admission. Any PolyCard result is an advisory recommendation band, never an automatic accept or reject. Identity verification is a manual follow-up step for now — there is no automated KYC. If you aren't admitted, you get the reason and a human-only re-review path.
